Principle of Precision Water Flow Regulator Injection Moulding Operation
The central water supply is connected to all circuits from the main inlet connection (horizontal ground). The flow rate is set for each circuit using a lower control valve.
The water flows through the mold and returns to the diverter control, where the temperature is read by a thermometer and the flow is controlled by a higher control valve to regulate the internal temperature of the mold.
The control valve is easy to adjust and can be locked by pressing the handwheel in the appropriate position.

D. Convenient Cleaning:
As the cooling water distributor may be clogged with magazines or have water rust hanging on the inner wall after a long time of use, just remove the screws on the top end of the distributor and clean it with a pipe brush.
