The high-precision Water Flow Regulator is an important device for operating injection molding machines, mold, blow molding machines, extruders, and chillers in rotameters.
A series of water flow controllers (Water Flow Regulators) allows precise and individual control in each cooling circuit. The flow is indicated by measuring a brass float in a transparent tube.
The return circuit water lifts the float from the consumer, e.g. a mold—main characteristics with pressed brass herringbone hose connector 12 mm.

1. The main inlet and outlet size of this diverter is G 1 1/4”, optional ZG3/4″ and ZG 1″, brass thread.
2. The length of the thread is not more than 14mm.
3. According to the actual needs, you can choose the left side or right side to install.
4. The water pipe used to connect the mold should ensure temperature resistance ≥80 degrees Celsius and pressure resistance ≥8b.
