The Taper Block Sets are manufactured as a standard/Non-Standard accessory for the mold’s alignment, it’s hardened and ground with the desired hardness. Taper block can be used for Core Cavity as well as Sliding Core alignment. These Taper Blocks are ready to use and should be fitted very well.

Note:

Due to the small gap of the positioning taper block, to avoid collision during mold clamping, it needs to be used with precision guide pins, and the gap between the concave and convex taper blocks of the square positioning taper block is relatively small. Please pay attention to processing and arrangement when using.
