Plate Accelerator is also called Plate Accelerated Ejector or Plate Accelerator Ejection. It Is Used For Plastic Injection Plastic Injection Mold.
The Plate Accelerated Ejector enables additional stroke to assist in part ejection. Minimal space is required for installation. The Accelerated Ejector utilizes the ejection base retainer system.
This item allows increased movement of a 2nd ejector plate within a normal ejector stroke.
This type of plate accelerated ejector is fitted to the ejector plate, and contains the molding lifter plate parts, after molding, the inner uneven slide core with the slide plate parts within the slide stroke, and then the plastic can be pushed out from the mold.
