What are Round Grate Magnets?

The round grate magnetic is the stainless steel grate-style hopper magnet that comes with a round shape and with many sizes for use in round, square, or rectangular hoppers, chutes, housings, and bins.

The hopper grate magnetics are ideal for trapping tramp iron and ferrous objects such as nuts and bolts in free-flowing materials conveyed by gravity.

Square-tube cartridges with ceramic magnets are available in square or rectangular stainless steel frames.

Selection tip: Grates should have at least twice the cross-sectional area of the hopper outlet opening.

The Hopper Grate Magnets are supplied by DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd, we provide the single-layer grate magnet and double-layer grate magnet along with the hopper magnets (3 tubes, 5 tubes, 7 tubes, 9 tubes, 11 tubes), and the magnet tubes.
