DGMF Injection Mold Easy Clamp Features:

■ These are the easy clamps, the standard version of mold clamps for plastic injection molds.

■ Four types of mounting can be done with one compatible bolt. Also, the body can be removed and attached by simply turning the bolt 0.5 to 1 turn.

■ It changes the thickness of a commercial mall base with a single touch.

■ The clamping washer is always in the vertical direction when the mold is removed (die plate of a horizontal molding machine, etc.), making it easy to insert and remove the body from the side.

■ When there is little room on the die plate, the block can be shifted and installed.

■ Because the grounding area of the block is wide, the die plate and bolt holes are not damaged.
