Mold components refer to the general name of metal accessories used in stamping dies, plastic molds, or FA automation equipment exclusively in the mold industry.
Here we are going to introduce 60 kinds of the mold components.
It is in direct contact with the injection nozzle of the beer machine, and the injection machine must pass through the nozzle before entering the mold core.
It is convenient for positioning when used for a mold loading machine (mold base). Contains the front mold positioning ring and the rear mold positioning ring.
It plays a guiding role when the front and rear molds are closed; its role is to guide. The role of the guide device of the mold is to guide the upper mold and the lower mold to match in the correct position. The most common guide device is the guidepin and guide sleeve.
If the spring of the row position does not work when the mold is opened, the oblique guide will drive the row position to exit backward, which is also called a bevel or a bent pin; it is used as a movable slider for repeated movement.
When the product has a circular bone position and the depth of the bone position is relatively high, when the mold is easy to stick when the mold is ejected, it is necessary to consider the cylinder; the cylinder has the ejection function, and the cylinder is fixed on the ejector pin plate.
It is used to form the column hole of the product and is used with the cylinder, not for demolding purposes.
- Slider
It is an important part to complete the side core pulling. It is used in conjunction with the guide chute and is driven by the lifter guide pin to perform side core pulling.
Ejecting the material belt to separate the material belt from the mold is a part of the ejection position.
- Ejector pin protection switch
When the ejector plate is not returned to the position, the switch is not turned on. At this time, the circuit is disconnected and the front and rear molds cannot be closed, so as to ensure that the front mold will not hit the ejector pin because the ejector pin is not returned to the position and avoid mold damage.
It forms part of the local glue position.
- Rear mold core pin insert core sleeve
Mainly used for product cup forming.
It is mainly used to eject the ribs of plastic products, as well as long strips of glue. The shoulder ejector pin is used for the dome needles that cannot be put down, which is the place where the ejection is relatively deep.
- Top stick hole
After the forming is completed, the ejector pin pushes the ejector plate, and the ejector plate pushes forward to eject the product.
- Nozzle lever
It is used to open the nozzle plate when opening the mold so that the nozzle can be easily taken out.
- Water transport interface
When the mold is in production, the mold temperature continues to rise, and the water transport allows the mold to be produced at a constant temperature to ensure the stability of the product.
- Water hole
Used for effective cooling of the mold, keeping the mold temperature within a certain range.
- Shovel
When the mold is closed, the row position is pushed forward by the inclined surface, and the shovel is fixed on the front mold (the mating surface of the shovel and the row is an inclined surface).
- Backstitch
It plays a guiding role when the ejector pin is ejected and retracted and ensures that after the front and rear molds are closed, the ejector plate can be retracted into place due to the contact between the back pin and the former mold base.
Except for supporting heads, all pillars used for support. (Including the support pillar under the hanging module, the support pillar under the inclined top guide bushing).
It is used to support the B board, deformed due to pressure during injection; lock the screws from the bottom of the panel to the bottom of the B board.
It is mainly used to increase the mold opening resistance between the fixed and movable molds, to ensure that the runner plate, the panel, and the fixed mold plate are opened before the fixed mold plate and the movable mold plate are opened.
Play a reset role.
- Small lever
It has the same function as the tie rod and plays a limiting role. It is the main part of the double parting surface mold.
- Stop pin
It plays a limiting role and is often used for top plate limiting in the mold base (on the back of the B plate or the front of the top plate).
Installed on the mold’s water hole, used to connect the cooling water pipe of the beer machine, generally made of copper.
- Spindle drawer
A. Split runner rod
Because the plastic stored in the runner is not easy to fall off, it is convenient for the cold material to fall off when the mold is opened.
B. Gate pulls rod
When the mold is opened, the sprue condensate is pulled out from the sprue sleeve to facilitate separation from the nozzle of the injection molding machine. Generally, at the end of the cold slug hole, the diameter of the pull rod is equal to the diameter of the large end of the gate’s inner diameter. , In order to ditch the cold material.
- Row position
It is a sliding cross to die. It is generally used when the side of the product has a concave-convex shape. It is divided into rectangular (T-slot) and dovetail type, so that the slider drives the forming core to be smooth and accurate. Width tolerance can be relaxed.
- Exhaust slot
It is used to expel the air in the mold itself and the gas generated by the heating of the plastic. Common processing is in parting, surface, and hot runner plate. There is also a guide pin ventilation groove, which is generally processed on the upper splint and the square iron close to the guide sleeve.
The main function is to stop the sliding block (travel seat).
- Shoulder guide bushing
Installed on the top nail assembly board, used to guide the ejection system.
- Insulation board
Because the mold temperature is higher than that of the injection molding machine, the main function of the heat shield is to prevent heat dissipation.
- Copper electrode
Where it cannot be processed, use copper electrode to make its shape and process it; the purpose of manufacturing copper electrode is to prepare the part of the glue that cannot be processed, make it into the shape of the glue, and then use an electric spark to make it impossible The processed glue level current is processed, and the undercut requires the manufacturing of the inclined guide pin.
It protects the mold by preventing the movable and fixed molds from opening during the mold lifting, loading and unloading, and transportation. It must be opened when producing injection molding. Generally, one small mold is installed, and two or more large molds are installed.
Contains a front mold water collection manifold and a rear mold water collection manifold.
Generally, large molds with more waterways are only needed. There are dozens or even hundreds of waterways connected from the mold, and there are not so many connections on the cooling waterside. Only connect the water channels from the mold to the water manifold first, and then connect the water manifold to the cooling waterside.
- Cushion block
All block parts used for support.
- Insert
Inlaid parts that have nothing to do with the glue position. (Including the striker, the parts that fix the stroke switch adjustment lever, etc.).
- Limit pin
Cylindrical parts used for limiting. (Including limit parts such as ejector and slider).
- Limit block
Block-shaped parts used for limiting. (Including limit parts such as ejector and slider).

In the three-plate mold structure, it is used to assist the part to limit the A plate.
