What is Second Screw Header Punch?

The second screw header punch is the second punch for screw making die. The second punch for the screw is a replaceable and disposable tool, it’s major used to finish the head of the screw and the recess shape of the screw.

The header punch can be a standard and non-standard series with the screw header Pan Head, Truss Head, Flat Head, Oval Head, Round Head, Cheese Head, Binding Head, etc.

With the screw punch driver including Phillips, Slotted, Combination, Hexagon, Pozidriv, Six-Lobe, Square, Triangle, S-Type, H-Type, Spline, etc.

 

 

What are the header punch categories?

Screw header punch dies are molds for making screws, broadly divided into two categories:

1. The header punching die (main die, line die, scissors, upper punch, lower punch, punch sleeve, sleeve piece, etc.);

2. The thread rolling plate (mechanical tooth thread rolling plate, self-tapping tooth thread rolling plate, etc.).
